At Lancoly, we aim to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested.
2. Eligibility
This policy applies to all orders placed through our official website and delivered to the regions we serve. The policy is intended for individual customers (consumers), not for wholesale or bulk purchases unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return & Refund Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
After the 14-days period ends, we can no longer accept return requests unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Conditions for Accepted Returns
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The product must include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
We do not accept returns for:
Items that show signs of use or wear
Items without original tags or packaging
Customized or personalized products
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Include the following details in your email:
Order number
- Full name
- Date of delivery
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to return the item.
The returned item must be shipped back within 7 days from the approval date.
Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be fully processed after the return has been received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error originated from us.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

In cases of confirmed defects or order errors, all return shipping costs are covered by us.

Items purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance events may have limited return eligibility; such conditions will always be clearly stated at checkout.
Lancoly reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the required conditions upon inspection.
Returns from bulk or business orders are not accepted unless previously agreed upon in writing.
